This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued for services provided by Masterstroke Consulting Group Limited. Our services are delivered as academic tutoring and research coaching and are governed by the principles outlined below.

1. Nature of Services & Refund Eligibility

Masterstroke Consulting Group Limited provides time-based and expertise-based services, including research tutoring, academic coaching, and educational guidance. These services involve professional time, preparation, and intellectual input delivered either live or through scheduled engagement.

Due to the nature of these services, refunds are generally not available once a session has been delivered, a coaching engagement has commenced, or professional time has been allocated.

Please note: Our services do not involve the delivery of tangible goods or completed academic work. As such, refund eligibility is assessed based on service delivery, not academic outcomes.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

– Dissatisfaction based on academic results, grades, or institutional decisions – Failure to follow guidance or apply tutoring recommendations – Changes in personal circumstances or academic deadlines – Misalignment with institutional academic integrity policies – Sessions that were attended, partially attended, or missed without notice – Misuse of services for unethical or prohibited academic purposes

Clients remain responsible for ensuring that the services align with their academic requirements prior to booking or payment.

3. Limited Refund Consideration

In exceptional circumstances, limited refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Masterstroke Consulting Group Limited. Such cases are assessed individually and may include:

– Duplicate payments made in error – Sessions cancelled by us without a suitable alternative offered – Clear administrative or technical issues preventing service delivery

Any approved refund will be proportionate to the unused portion of the service and will not include time already delivered or preparation already undertaken.

Important: Requests for refund consideration must be submitted in writing within a reasonable time frame and must include relevant details to allow proper assessment.

4. Refund Requests & Processing

All refund-related enquiries must be submitted via email and clearly state the reason for the request. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible and within a reasonable processing period. Any applicable transaction fees may be deducted where permitted.
